Cooking instructions

  • Fish
    • Season fish with salt and lemon pepper. Sprinkle with the lemon juice.
    • Cover fish with beaten egg and then with crushed cornflakes.
    • Fry the fish on low power in a pan greased lightly with coconut or olive oil.
  • Vegetable Chips
    • Cut parsnip and carrots into thin slices, put into a bowl, add your favorite spices and a teaspoon of olive oil.
    • Bake at 200 degrees.
  • Salad
    • Mix pickled cabbage with grated carrot, apple, chopped onion, cumin, and herb pepper.
  • Serve with boiled potatoes, dill, and sweet peppers.
