Cooking instructions
- Fish
- Season fish with salt and lemon pepper. Sprinkle with the lemon juice.
- Cover fish with beaten egg and then with crushed cornflakes.
- Fry the fish on low power in a pan greased lightly with coconut or olive oil.
- Vegetable Chips
- Cut parsnip and carrots into thin slices, put into a bowl, add your favorite spices and a teaspoon of olive oil.
- Bake at 200 degrees.
- Salad
- Mix pickled cabbage with grated carrot, apple, chopped onion, cumin, and herb pepper.
- Serve with boiled potatoes, dill, and sweet peppers.
