Ingredients

  • Chicken leg –
  • Poultry liver –
  • Onion –
  • Leek –
  • Carrot –
  • Parsnip –
  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Dried cranberry –
  • Sunflower seeds –
  • Eggs –
  • Graham bread roll –
  • Salt –
  • Black pepper –
  • Herbal pepper –
  • Parsley –
  • Nutmeg –
  • Red bell pepper –
  • Bay leaf –
  • Allspice –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil chicken legs together with vegetables until soft.
  • At the end of cooking add liver, bread roll, and mushrooms.
  • After few minutes drain the meat and vegetables, then mince the content twice.
  • Add raw eggs, spices, cranberries, and sunflower seeds. If the mix is to loose add some semolina and set aside for a couple of minutes.
  • Bake in rectangular form (e.g. silicone) at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Let it cool down before serving.
  • It is great for sandwiches either in slices or as a paste.
