Poultry pâté with cranberry and sunflower seeds

Ingredients
- Chicken leg –
- Poultry liver –
- Onion –
- Leek –
- Carrot –
- Parsnip –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Dried cranberry –
- Sunflower seeds –
- Eggs –
- Graham bread roll –
- Salt –
- Black pepper –
- Herbal pepper –
- Parsley –
- Nutmeg –
- Red bell pepper –
- Bay leaf –
- Allspice –
Cooking instructions
- Boil chicken legs together with vegetables until soft.
- At the end of cooking add liver, bread roll, and mushrooms.
- After few minutes drain the meat and vegetables, then mince the content twice.
- Add raw eggs, spices, cranberries, and sunflower seeds. If the mix is to loose add some semolina and set aside for a couple of minutes.
- Bake in rectangular form (e.g. silicone) at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let it cool down before serving.
- It is great for sandwiches either in slices or as a paste.
