- Turkey minced meat -

Cooking instructions
- Stew chopped onion, mushrooms, pieces of pepper, and corn.
- Add barley groats and water or broth.
- Stew for 15 minutes.
- Mix stewed vegetables with turkey minced meat in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, sweet pepper, thyme, and oregano.
- Add tomato passata or ketchup.
- Transfer the stuffing to hollowed bell peppers halves.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
