Cooking instructions

  • Stew chopped onion, mushrooms, pieces of pepper, and corn.
  • Add barley groats and water or broth.
  • Stew for 15 minutes.
  • Mix stewed vegetables with turkey minced meat in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, sweet pepper, thyme, and oregano.
  • Add tomato passata or ketchup.
  • Transfer the stuffing to hollowed bell peppers halves.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
