Cooking instructions
- Put into the pot sliced carrots, whole red onion, cut into larger pieces turkey thigh without skin and bones, grated parsnip, potatoes cut into cubes.
- Add salt, parsley, marjoram, bay leaf, allspice, black pepper, and a little garlic.
- After a while, add precooked beets, and a little bit of lemon juice.
- I served with Greek yogurt and parsley.
