Cooking instructions

  • Put into the pot sliced carrots, whole red onion, cut into larger pieces turkey thigh without skin and bones, grated parsnip, potatoes cut into cubes.
  • Add salt, parsley, marjoram, bay leaf, allspice, black pepper, and a little garlic.
  • After a while, add precooked beets, and a little bit of lemon juice.
  • I served with Greek yogurt and parsley.
