Ingredients
- Carrot - 2 - 3 pieces
- Red onion - 1 pieces
- Turkey leg - 1 pieces
- Parsnip - 1 pieces
- Potato - 2 - 3 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinches
- Parsley - 1 spoons
- Marjoram - 1 teaspoons
- Bay leaf - 1 pieces
- Allspice - 1 pinches
- Black pepper - 1 pinches
- Garlic - 1 pinches
- Beetroot - 5 - 6 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 spoons
- Greek yogurt - 2 - 3 spoons
Cooking instructions
- Put into the pot sliced carrots, whole red onion, cut into larger pieces turkey thigh without skin and bones, grated parsnip, potatoes cut into cubes.
- Add salt, parsley, marjoram, bay leaf, allspice, black pepper, and a little garlic.
- After a while, add precooked beets, and a little bit of lemon juice.
