Homemade sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi rice -
- Nori -
- Wasabi -
- Smoked salmon -
- Cucumber -
- Avocado -
- Marinated ginger -
Cooking instructions
- Prepare sushi rice according to the description on the packaging. When ready, leave to cool.
- Put nori on a bamboo mat, then put 2/3 of rice on noris surface with wet fingers. Along the center make a few spots of wasabi paste. Arrange salmon slices, then cucumber slices on top (cut the cucumber lengthwise) and finally add avocado.
- Roll everything tightly up and cut into slices (from one roll you should get around 12 slices).
- Serve with slices of pickled ginger and a small bowl of soy sauce.
