Ingredients

  • Sushi rice –
  • Nori –
  • Wasabi –
  • Smoked salmon –
  • Cucumber –
  • Avocado –
  • Marinated ginger –

Cooking instructions

  • Prepare sushi rice according to the description on the packaging. When ready, leave to cool.
  • Put nori on a bamboo mat, then put 2/3 of rice on noris surface with wet fingers. Along the center make a few spots of wasabi paste. Arrange salmon slices, then cucumber slices on top (cut the cucumber lengthwise) and finally add avocado.
  • Roll everything tightly up and cut into slices (from one roll you should get around 12 slices).
  • Serve with slices of pickled ginger and a small bowl of soy sauce.
