Cooking instructions
- The bottom of the tart:
- Mix the ingredients, put the mixture into molds pressing the dough to the bottom and edges. Bake for 6 minutes in the oven at 180 C.
- Blend 120 g of mascarpone with fruits (for example strawberry) and add a little bit of stevia or xylitol to sweeten it.
- Spread the mass over the prepared bottoms, arrange fruit slices on the top, and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
