Cooking instructions
- Sprinkle ground turkey meat with salt and pepper. Add egg, oatmeal, grated carrot, chives, oregano, and sweet peppers. Shape into cutlets and bake them in the oven at 200 C for about half an hour, on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
- Sauce: Put into a pot canned tomatoes, grated carrot, sweet peppers, basil, oregano, crushed clove of garlic, add a little water. Cook until all the water evaporates.
- Boil potatoes with broccoli, mash with a spoon of natural yogurt.
