Cooking instructions

  • Chop salmon fillet.
  • Cook pearl barley.
  • Fry onion.
  • Cook and crush broccoli and sweet potato.
  • Cut mushrooms.
  • Add pepper, garlic, and sweet peppers.
  • Mix everything together, put it into a casserole dish and place the slices of mozzarella on the top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
