Chicken breast with vegetable-groats and carrot

Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 2 pieces
- Curry - 1/2 teaspoons
- Eggs - 1 pieces
- Corn flakes - 1/3 glasses
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Greek yogurt - 1 spoons
- Parsley - 1 pieces
- Celery - 1/2 pieces
- Onion - 1/2 pieces
- Barley groats - 1/2 glasses
Cooking instructions
- Season chicken breast with favorite spices, for example curry, coat with egg and ground corn flakes. Fry the meat.
- Grate carrot and mix with Greek yogurt.
- Sauté chopped vegetables on a pan: carrot, parsley, celery, onion or leek. Add pearl barley. Add water, salt, pepper and simmer until water is absorbed.
