  • Greek yogurt -

  • Barley groats -

Cooking instructions

  • Season chicken breast with favorite spices, for example curry, coat with egg and ground corn flakes. Fry the meat.
  • Grate carrot and mix with Greek yogurt.
  • Sauté chopped vegetables on a pan: carrot, parsley, celery, onion or leek. Add pearl barley. Add water, salt, pepper and simmer until water is absorbed.
