- Greek yogurt –
- Parsley –

- Barley groats –
Cooking instructions
- Season chicken breast with favorite spices, for example curry, coat with egg and ground corn flakes. Fry the meat.
- Grate carrot and mix with Greek yogurt.
- Sauté chopped vegetables on a pan: carrot, parsley, celery, onion or leek. Add pearl barley. Add water, salt, pepper and simmer until water is absorbed.
