Cooking instructions
- Cut the meat, put into a pot, fry gently, then and add water.
- Fry onion and add to the meat.
- Cut carrot and pepper, and add to the meat with tomatoes.
- Add wine, water, and season with garlic, black cumin, pepper, and paprika.
- Simmer for 2 hours on a low power.
- Serve for example with brown rice.
