Cooking instructions

  • Cut the meat, put into a pot, fry gently, then and add water.
  • Fry onion and add to the meat.
  • Cut carrot and pepper, and add to the meat with tomatoes.
  • Add wine, water, and season with garlic, black cumin, pepper, and paprika.
  • Simmer for 2 hours on a low power.
  • Serve for example with brown rice.
