- Rice milk –
- Xylitol –
- Kiwi –
- Blueberries –
- Raspberries –
- Almond flakes –
Cooking instructions
- Boil buckwheat and amaranth in rice milk.
- Add xylitol.
- In a separate saucepan, heat the blueberries and raspberries with a hint of xylitol or stevia. Boil for a few minutes, then crush the fruits a bit.
- Boiled porridge serve with prepared fruits, kiwi slices and almonds flakes.
