  • Millet –
  • Amaranth –
  • Rice milk –
  • Xylitol –
  • Kiwi –
  • Blueberries –
  • Raspberries –
  • Almond flakes –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil buckwheat and amaranth in rice milk.
  • Add xylitol.
  • In a separate saucepan, heat the blueberries and raspberries with a hint of xylitol or stevia. Boil for a few minutes, then crush the fruits a bit.
  • Boiled porridge serve with prepared fruits, kiwi slices and almonds flakes.
