Grilled salmon with spinach puree and pumpkin salad

- Spinach -
- Greek yogurt -
- Nutmeg -
- Black pepper -
- Lemon juice -
- Napa cabbage -
- Pumpkin seeds -
- Pickled pumpkin -
- Dill -
- Pumpkin seed oil -
Cooking instructions
- Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper, and then grill.
- Boil potatoes and frozen spinach.
- Add a spoon of Greek yogurt, a pinch of nutmeg, black pepper, and a spoon of lemon juice to potatoes and spinach.
- Make puree.
- Prepare salad. Shred napa cabbage, add pumpkin seeds, pickled pumpkin, fresh dill, and a spoon of pumpkin oil. Mix all the ingredients.
