  • Corn starch –
  • Lemon juice –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil barley groats.
  • Cut chicken breasts into cubes and fry it or stew.
  • Fry onion with garlic, and leek. Then add them to the chicken.
  • Season: parsley, basil, oregano, marjoram, thyme, sugar, and salt.
  • Mix yogurt with corn starch, and lemon juice. Add the mix to the chicken and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Serve with barley groats.
