Cooking instructions
- Hard boil eggs (4 pcs.).
- Peel carrot and cook (1 pc.).
- Crush boiled eggs and carrot, add to them fresh parsley, dill, a raw egg, black pepper, and garlic.
- Mix all thoroughly.
- Shape the mass into cutlets and cover with buckwheat flakes.
