  • Black pepper –
  • Garlic –
  • Buckwheat flakes –
  • Coconut oil –

Cooking instructions

  • Hard boil eggs (4 pcs.).
  • Peel carrot and cook (1 pc.).
  • Crush boiled eggs and carrot, add to them fresh parsley, dill, a raw egg, black pepper, and garlic.
  • Mix all thoroughly.
  • Shape the mass into cutlets and cover with buckwheat flakes.
  • Fry in coconut oil.
