- Kefir –
- Stevia –
- Banana –
- Melon –
- Strawberries –
- Almond flakes –
Cooking instructions
- Mix chia (5 spoons) with kefir (500 ml) and a spoon of stevia.
- Put the mass into bowls and refrigerate overnight.
- Prepare fruit mousse. Blend bananas (2 pcs.) together with a piece of melon to achieve a uniform mass and put on a thickened mass of chia.
