  • Banana -

Cooking instructions

  • Mix chia (5 spoons) with kefir (500 ml) and a spoon of stevia.
  • Put the mass into bowls and refrigerate overnight.
  • Prepare fruit mousse. Blend bananas (2 pcs.) together with a piece of melon to achieve a uniform mass and put on a thickened mass of chia.
  • Decorate with strawberries and almonds.
