Cod in tomatoe salsa

- Canned tomatoes –
- Dried tomatoes –

- Soy sauce –
- Thyme –

- Napa cabbage –
- Carrot –
- Greek yogurt –
- White pepper –
- Potato –
- Sweet potato –
- Sweet pepper –

Cooking instructions
- Peel potatoes and sweet potato into chips, season and mix with olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Season cod fillets with lemon pepper, wrap each piece in aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Salsa: Cut leek and fry. Add finely cut bell pepper, canned potatoes, and a few dried tomatoes. Add a little bit of water and soy sauce. Stew everything until reaching the desired consistency. Season e.g. with thyme and black pepper.
- Salad: grate napa cabbage and carrot, add Greek yogurt, and white pepper.
