  • Turkey minced meat –
  • Parsley –
  • Celery –
  • Leek –
  • Carrot –
  • Onion –

  • Barley groats –
  • Parsley –
  • Black pepper –
  • Allspice –
  • Lovage –

Cooking instructions

  • Cut meat and cook for approximately half an hour.
  • Add vegetables and seasonings, and at the end of cooking add barley and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Season to taste.
