Ingredients

  • Oatmeal -
  • Dried apricots -
  • Dried cranberry -
  • Linseed -
  • Sesame -
  • Sunflower seeds -
  • Pumpkin seeds -
  • Ground hazelnuts -
  • Eggs -
  • Honey -

Cooking instructions

  • Mix oatmeal, dried apricots (chopped), cranberries, linseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, honey and egg whites (add as needed, I have used 4 eggs and approximately 5 spoons of honey).
  • Put everything in the pan and press hard.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • After baking, allow to cool down, then cut into bars.
