Ingredients
- Oatmeal -
- Dried apricots -
- Dried cranberry -
- Linseed -
- Sesame -
- Sunflower seeds -
- Pumpkin seeds -
- Ground hazelnuts -
- Eggs -
- Honey -
Cooking instructions
- Mix oatmeal, dried apricots (chopped), cranberries, linseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, honey and egg whites (add as needed, I have used 4 eggs and approximately 5 spoons of honey).
- Put everything in the pan and press hard.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- After baking, allow to cool down, then cut into bars.
