Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 1 pieces
  • Vegetable mix - 200 - 250 g
  • Jasmine rice - 100 g
  • Ginger - 1 pinches
  • Curry - 1 pinches
  • Chili pepper - 1 pinches
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pinches
  • Turmeric - 1 pinches
  • Sea salt - 1 pinches

Cooking instructions

  • Cut chicken breast. Marinate (salt, turmeric, ginger, curry, sweet pepper, and chilli pepper). Fry in coconut oil.
  • Stew vegetable mix, add water, jasmine rice, and sea salt. Stew until rice absorbes water.
