Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 2 pieces
  • Thyme - 1 pinches
  • Rosemary - 1 pinches
  • Stuffing
  • Quark - 150 g
  • Natural yogurt - 80 g
  • Honey - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Dried apricots - 50 g
  • Black pepper - 1 pinches
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pinches
  • Mint - 1 pinches
  • Sauce
  • Thyme - 1 pinches
  • Coriander - 1 pinches
  • Garlic - 1 pinches
  • Olive oil - 2 spoons
  • Extras
  • Beetroot - 1 pieces
  • Sweet potato - 1/2 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 pieces

Cooking instructions

  • Mix quark with honey, apricots, pepper, bell pepper, and mint.
  • Tenderize chicken breast, season with thyme and rosemary, add the quark mass and roll.
  • Bake at 100 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Sauce: Warm up olive oil with thyme, coriander, and garlic in the saucepan.
  • Serve with baked vegetables (e.g. beet, sweet potatoe, carrot).
