Ingredients

  • Bottom

  • Desiccated coconut –
  • Gelatin –

Cooking instructions

  • Bottom:
    • Blend all the ingredients.
  • Cheese mass:
    • Dissolve gelatin in ½ glass of water.
    • Place bottom in a rectangular load form.
    • When gelatin cools down to room temperature, mix the ingredients together and add to the form.
    • Set aside in the fridge and leave there until settled.
  • Icing:
    • Melt chocolate in a water bath.
    • Add milk and mix thoroughly.
    • Pour over the cheesecake and arrange strawberry halves.
