- Gelatin –

Cooking instructions
- Bottom:
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Cheese mass:
- Dissolve gelatin in ½ glass of water.
- Place bottom in a rectangular load form.
- When gelatin cools down to room temperature, mix the ingredients together and add to the form.
- Set aside in the fridge and leave there until settled.
- Icing:
- Melt chocolate in a water bath.
- Add milk and mix thoroughly.
- Pour over the cheesecake and arrange strawberry halves.
