Ingredients

  • Shallot - 1 pieces
  • Agaricus mushrooms - 5 - 6 pieces
  • Baguette - 1 pieces
  • Greek yogurt - 1 - 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic - 1 teaspoons
  • Mozzarella - 1 packages
  • Tomato - 1 - 2 pieces
  • Basil - 1 teaspoons

Cooking instructions

  • Slice and fry a shallot.
  • Cut mushrooms and add to the shallot.
  • Spread baguette with Greek yogurt and sprinkle with garlic.
  • Cover baguette with shallot and mushrooms, add mozzarella slices on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Arrange tomato slices and sprinkle with basil.
