Toasts with shallots and mushrooms

- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Baguette –
- Greek yogurt –
- Garlic –
- Mozzarella –
- Tomato –
- Basil –
Cooking instructions
- Slice and fry a shallot.
- Cut mushrooms and add to the shallot.
- Spread baguette with Greek yogurt and sprinkle with garlic.
- Cover baguette with shallot and mushrooms, add mozzarella slices on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Arrange tomato slices and sprinkle with basil.
