  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Baguette –
  • Greek yogurt –
  • Garlic –
  • Mozzarella –

Cooking instructions

  • Slice and fry a shallot.
  • Cut mushrooms and add to the shallot.
  • Spread baguette with Greek yogurt and sprinkle with garlic.
  • Cover baguette with shallot and mushrooms, add mozzarella slices on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Arrange tomato slices and sprinkle with basil.
