Ingredients

  • White beans - 350 g
  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Celery - 1/2 pieces
  • Red onion - 1/2 pieces
  • Agaricus mushrooms - 3 pieces
  • Wheat bran - 5 spoons
  • Dill - 1 handful
  • Nigella - 1/2 spoons
  • Garlic - 1/2 spoons
  • Thyme - 1/2 spoons

Cooking instructions

  • Soak beans overnight.
  • Cook the bean the next day.
  • Peel vegetables, cut, and cook.
  • Fry onion and mushrooms.
  • Blend all together, add all the spices, and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mass to a greased rectangular baking mold. Press the mass hard to the bottom. Spread ketchup on top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
