Cooking instructions
- Soak beans overnight.
- Cook the bean the next day.
- Peel vegetables, cut, and cook.
- Fry onion and mushrooms.
- Blend all together, add all the spices, and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mass to a greased rectangular baking mold. Press the mass hard to the bottom. Spread ketchup on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
