Cooking instructions

  • Grate zucchini and carrot.
  • Grind salmon.
  • Add chopped dill, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Form fritters and fry in coconut oil.
  • Steam cook vegetables, for example green beans and cauliflower.
  • Prepare sauce. Grate cucumber and pickle, add Greek yogurt, dill, and white pepper.
