Chilli noodles with marinated tofu

- Tofu –
- Chili tagliatelle pasta –
- Shallot –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Basil –
- Oregano –
- Garlic –
- Savory –
- Black pepper –
- Olive oil –
Cooking instructions
- Marinate tofu in herbs (basil, oregano, garlic, savory, pepper, olive oil), or use a ready basil tofu.
- Boil chili-tagliatelle.
- Slice shallot and fry it.
- Add finely chopped mushrooms and sauté briefly.
- Then throw in diced tofu.
- Add half a can of tomatoes and mix thoroughly.
- Serve with pasta.
