Cooking instructions

  • Marinate tofu in herbs (basil, oregano, garlic, savory, pepper, olive oil), or use a ready basil tofu.
  • Boil chili-tagliatelle.
  • Slice shallot and fry it.
  • Add finely chopped mushrooms and sauté briefly.
  • Then throw in diced tofu.
  • Add half a can of tomatoes and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve with pasta.
