Cooking instructions

  • Cook red rice.
  • Grate zucchini and carrot. Chop onion finely.
  • Fry the onion, add the grated vegetables and half a glass of water.
  • Stew everything for a moment.
  • Add a handful of bamboo shoots, a handful of mung bean sprouts, 80 g of shrimps, and 3 spoons of soy sauce.
  • Season with paprika, ginger, black pepper, and wild garlic.
  • Mix all thoroughly and simmer to evaporate the water.
