Rice with shrimps and vegetables stewed in soy sauce

Cooking instructions
- Cook red rice.
- Grate zucchini and carrot. Chop onion finely.
- Fry the onion, add the grated vegetables and half a glass of water.
- Stew everything for a moment.
- Add a handful of bamboo shoots, a handful of mung bean sprouts, 80 g of shrimps, and 3 spoons of soy sauce.
- Season with paprika, ginger, black pepper, and wild garlic.
- Mix all thoroughly and simmer to evaporate the water.
