Spaghetti with tender meatballs

- Canned tomatoes –
- Orange bell pepper –

- Sweet pepper –
- Greek yogurt –
- Parmesan –
Cooking instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to instructions on the package.
- Mix minced turkey breast with egg, semolina, dill, grated carrots and parsley. Add spices and herbs to taste.
- Throw into the pot: chopped onion, clove of garlic, and fry briefly on coconut oil. Add grated carrots, 2 chopped tomatoes, canned tomatoes, and peeled orange peppers. Simmer all until tender. If you prefer, you can blend the souce ingredients.
- Form the meatballs, fry for a moment, and add them to the sauce.
- Add basil, oregano, dill, sweet pepper, and 2 spoons of Greek yogurt.
- Cook all for about 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with grated Parmesan or mozzarella.
