Cooking instructions
- Cook millet in salted water according to instructions on the package.
- Steam broccoli.
- To minced meat of turkey, add flaxseed, sesame seeds, wheat bran, oatmeal, grated carrots and parsnips, herbs and mix everything thoroughly. Form cutlets and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Stew onion, add mushrooms, sliced carrots, water, and tomato passata. Cook until water evaporates. Add basil, oregano, and herb pepper to taste.
