Meatballs in dill sauce with buckwheat bulgur

- Turkey minced meat –

- Graham bread roll –
- Milk –

- Buckwheat bulgur with vermicelli –
Cooking instructions
- Mince turkey meat, mix thoroughly with stewed onions, soaked in milk graham, pepper, and a clove of garlic. Form small balls and coat them in corn starch.
- Put meatballs into boiling water with a bay leaf, allspice, and sea salt. Add dill (I used frozen one) and parsley. If you like spicy food, add white pepper or horseradish.
- Evaporate the excess water. Corn starch can be used to thicken the sauce if needed.
- Serve for instance with buckwheat bulgur with vermicelli; and radish salad with Greek yogurt, and chives.
