Cooking instructions
- Slice chicken breast. Season with marjoram, thyme, black pepper, dried tomatoes with garlic and oregano.
- Fry mushrooms with sweet onion and leek.
- Put the meat on the baking tray, cover the meat with vegetables and add mozzarella pieces on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve with e.g. basmati rice and colorful salad:
- Cut all the vegetables.
- Prepare dip.
