Cooking instructions

  • Slice chicken breast. Season with marjoram, thyme, black pepper, dried tomatoes with garlic and oregano.
  • Fry mushrooms with sweet onion and leek.
  • Put the meat on the baking tray, cover the meat with vegetables and add mozzarella pieces on top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with e.g. basmati rice and colorful salad:
    • Cut all the vegetables.
    • Prepare dip.
    • Mix all the ingredients.
