Cooking instructions

  • Peel beetroots and cut into pieces.
  • Transfer to a pot, add water and cook together with spices until tender.
  • Then cool down.
  • Grate the beetroots on a coarse mesh and add to the broth.
  • Add the grated radishes and cucumbers, dill, chives, yogurt, and buttermilk.
  • Place in the fridge for an hour.
  • Serve with boiled egg and dill.
