Cooking instructions
- Peel beetroots and cut into pieces.
- Transfer to a pot, add water and cook together with spices until tender.
- Then cool down.
- Grate the beetroots on a coarse mesh and add to the broth.
- Add the grated radishes and cucumbers, dill, chives, yogurt, and buttermilk.
- Place in the fridge for an hour.
- Serve with boiled egg and dill.
