Ingredients

  • Coconut milk -

  • Semolina -
  • Rice flakes -
  • Desiccated coconut -
  • Stevia -

Cooking instructions

  • Pour water and milk to a pan. Add semolina, rice cereal, and desiccated coconut. Boil all together. Add stevia.
  • Cool down the resulting mass.
  • Blend bananas or smash them with a fork. Add blended bananas to the mass.
  • Put the mass to the refrigerator until it settles. After a while form balls out of the mass. Place an almond inside each ball. Finally, cover the balls with desiccated coconut.
  • Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
