Ingredients
- Coconut milk –
- Water –
- Semolina –
- Rice flakes –
- Desiccated coconut –
- Stevia –
- Almonds –
- Banana –
- Desiccated coconut –
Cooking instructions
- Pour water and milk to a pan. Add semolina, rice cereal, and desiccated coconut. Boil all together. Add stevia.
- Cool down the resulting mass.
- Blend bananas or smash them with a fork. Add blended bananas to the mass.
- Put the mass to the refrigerator until it settles. After a while form balls out of the mass. Place an almond inside each ball. Finally, cover the balls with desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
