Ingredients
- Pork tenderloins -
- Onion -
- Agaricus mushrooms -
- Soy sauce -
- White wine -
- Parsley -
- Thyme -
- Black pepper -
- Sweet pepper -
- Millet -
- Cauliflower -
- Green beans -
Cooking instructions
- Boil millet and vegetables.
- Fry finely chopped onion.
- Add chopped mushrooms to the onion, after a while add diced pork tenderloin.
- Pour 1/3 glass of soy sauce and the same amount of white wine. Simmer everything on a low heat until the meat becomes tender.
- Season with parsley, thyme, black pepper, and paprika. Mix all thoroughly.
