  • Onion –
  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Soy sauce –
  • White wine –
  • Parsley –
  • Thyme –
  • Black pepper –

  • Green beans –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil millet and vegetables.
  • Fry finely chopped onion.
  • Add chopped mushrooms to the onion, after a while add diced pork tenderloin.
  • Pour 1/3 glass of soy sauce and the same amount of white wine. Simmer everything on a low heat until the meat becomes tender.
  • Season with parsley, thyme, black pepper, and paprika. Mix all thoroughly.
