  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Sesame –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook tagliatelle with wakame seaweed.
  • Fry chopped shallots.
  • Cut 6 mushrooms finely, add to shallots and fry briefly (1-2 min.).
  • Mix pasta with shallots and mushrooms. You can add a spoon of sesame seeds.
  • Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
