- Tagliatelle with wakame algae –
- Shallot –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Sesame –
- Cheese –
Cooking instructions
- Cook tagliatelle with wakame seaweed.
- Fry chopped shallots.
- Cut 6 mushrooms finely, add to shallots and fry briefly (1-2 min.).
- Mix pasta with shallots and mushrooms. You can add a spoon of sesame seeds.
- Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
