Cooking instructions
- Grate vegetables on fine mesh.
- Fry meat, saute onions and mushrooms.
- To the meat add the grated vegetables, all the spices, bamboo shoots, glass of water and a few spoons of soy sauce.
- Simmer everything until water evaporated.
- Soak rice paper in water. At the center of each sheet put a spoonful of the prepared stuffing and fold the edges up to form a pouch. Tie each pouch for instance with chives.
- Grease each pouch with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
