Cooking instructions

  • Cutlets:
    • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, form cutlets and fry or bake.
  • Cook barley groats.
  • Sauce: Stew 1/3 leek and 5 mushrooms in a pan with 2 spoons of soy sauce, wild garlic, and fresh basil (a handful). At the end of cooking add 3 spoons of Greek yogurt mixed with 2 spoons of cornstarch, and a spoon of lemon juice. Stir until the sauce is uniform.
  • Additionally red cabbage salad.
