Minced beef with leek-basil sauce

- Eggs –
- Bread roll –

- Sweet pepper –
- Garlic –

- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Soy sauce –
- Ramsons –

- Greek yogurt –
- Corn starch –
- Lemon juice –
- Barley groats –
Cooking instructions
- Cutlets:
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, form cutlets and fry or bake.
- Cook barley groats.
- Sauce: Stew 1/3 leek and 5 mushrooms in a pan with 2 spoons of soy sauce, wild garlic, and fresh basil (a handful). At the end of cooking add 3 spoons of Greek yogurt mixed with 2 spoons of cornstarch, and a spoon of lemon juice. Stir until the sauce is uniform.
