Cooking instructions
- Sponge cake:
- Beat the whites, mix the remaining ingredients and add the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Transfer the mass into molds and bake for half an hour at 160 degrees.
- Cheese mass:
- Mix the ingredients until smooth and place on a cold sponge cake.
- The upper layer:
- When the cheese mass is solid, decorate it with sliced strawberries and pour gently lightly settled jelly on top.
- Place the cake in a refrigerator for several hours so it can settle.
