Cooking instructions

  • Sponge cake:
    • Beat the whites, mix the remaining ingredients and add the stiffly beaten egg whites.
    • Transfer the mass into molds and bake for half an hour at 160 degrees.
  • Cheese mass:
    • Mix the ingredients until smooth and place on a cold sponge cake.
  • The upper layer:
    • When the cheese mass is solid, decorate it with sliced strawberries and pour gently lightly settled jelly on top.
    • Place the cake in a refrigerator for several hours so it can settle.
