- Wholemeal bread roll -
- Greek yogurt -
- Garlic -
- Pickled cucumbers -
- Lettuce -
- Tomato -
- Ketchup -
- Cheese -
- Minced beef -
- Eggs -
- Bread roll -
- Milk -
- Sweet pepper -
- Garlic -
- Black pepper -
- Marjoram -
- Coriander -
- Thyme -
- Cayenne pepper -
- Rosemary -
- Allspice -
Cooking instructions
- Cutlets preparation:
- Soak bread roll in milk.
- Season the meat, add eggs and soaked bread roll.
- Mix everything together.
- Form cutlets and fry (e.g. on coconut or rapeseed oil) or bake in the oven.
- Hamburgers preparation:
- Cut bread rolls in half, smear each side with the Greek yogurt, and sprinkle with garlic.
- Place slices of pickled cucumber, then lettuce, tomato slices, and ready cutlet.
- Place cheese slices, smear ketchup and cover with the other half of the bread roll.
