  • Wholemeal bread roll –
  • Greek yogurt –
  • Garlic –
  • Pickled cucumbers –

  • Bread roll –
  • Milk –
  • Sweet pepper –

Cooking instructions

  • Cutlets preparation:
    • Soak bread roll in milk.
    • Season the meat, add eggs and soaked bread roll.
    • Mix everything together.
    • Form cutlets and fry (e.g. on coconut or rapeseed oil) or bake in the oven.
  • Hamburgers preparation:
    • Cut bread rolls in half, smear each side with the Greek yogurt, and sprinkle with garlic.
    • Place slices of pickled cucumber, then lettuce, tomato slices, and ready cutlet.
    • Place cheese slices, smear ketchup and cover with the other half of the bread roll.
