Ingredients

  • Orecchiette pasta –
  • Leek –
  • Serrano ham –
  • Dried tomatoes –
  • Canned tomatoes –
  • Balsamic vinegar –
  • Ramsons –
  • Basil –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook orecchiette pasta al dente.
  • Cut half a leek finely, and then fry. Add bits of serrano ham, a few chopped dried tomatoes, and canned tomatoes. Mix all thoroughly.
  • Simmer for approximately 10 minutes. In the meantime, add 2-3 spoons of balsamic vinegar.
  • Season to taste with wild garlic and basil.
