Pasta with serrano ham and tomato sauce

- Orecchiette pasta –
- Leek –
- Serrano ham –
- Dried tomatoes –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Balsamic vinegar –
- Ramsons –
- Basil –
Cooking instructions
- Cook orecchiette pasta al dente.
- Cut half a leek finely, and then fry. Add bits of serrano ham, a few chopped dried tomatoes, and canned tomatoes. Mix all thoroughly.
- Simmer for approximately 10 minutes. In the meantime, add 2-3 spoons of balsamic vinegar.
- Season to taste with wild garlic and basil.
