Tomato-coconut chicken with black quinoa

Cooking instructions
- Cook black quinoa.
- Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes. Mix the chicken with curry.
- Cut ½ leek and then fry in coconut oil.
- Add the chicken, fry for a moment.
- Add canned tomatoes, half a can of coconut milk, and 3 spoons of soy sauce. Mix all thoroughly.
- Season with savory.
- Simmer until desired consistency (approximately 20 minutes).
